We’re excited to announce that The Chaotic Collector now offers Card Grading Submission Services right here in the shop! Whether you’re looking to grade sports cards or TCG cards, we’ve partnered with PSA and SGC to help you through the process.

How It Works

  1. Pick Up or Download the Form
    • Use the buttons above to print and fill out the submission form, or fill one out in-store. (All pricing information needed is below)
  2. Prepare Your Cards
    • Place each card in a Card Saver.
    • Make sure your form is filled out completely and accurately.
  3. Submit In-Store
    • Bring your cards and completed form to The Chaotic Collector.
    • Our team will review your submission with you and collect payment.
  4. We Handle the Rest
    • We securely package and send your cards to PSA or SGC on your behalf.
    • You can track estimated turnaround times based on the service level selected.
  5. Pick Up Your Cards
    • Once your cards are graded and returned, we’ll notify you right away.
    • Pick them up in-store and enjoy your freshly slabbed cards!

Important Notes & Disclaimer

  • All turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on PSA/SGC’s current processing times.
  • All submissions must be in a Card Saver I for protection.
  • Payment is due at the time of submission.
  • Cards not picked up within 45 days of notification will be considered abandoned and forfeited to The Chaotic Collector.
  • The Chaotic Collector is not responsible for grading outcomes, potential delays, or damages/loss that occur while cards are in the possession of PSA/SGC.

Sit back and let us handle everything. We’ll carefully prepare, package, and fill out all grading submission forms for you to ensure accuracy and peace of mind. All you need to do is drop off your cards—we’ll take it from there.

Card Wipe Down - $3.00 per card
A light surface cleaning to remove fingerprints, dust, or debris that may affect your grade. This service does not alter the card in any way—just a careful touch to help present your card in the best condition possible before grading.

Pre-Screening - $5.00 per card
Not sure if your card is worth submitting? We’ll pre-screen your card and give you our professional opinion on the likely grade range. This helps you decide whether to move forward with grading and which service level is right for you.
